These Terms apply to Weave Rush, developed and published by GentleBeatz Games, a games label of GentleBeatz, E.I. By playing Weave Rush, you agree to use the game fairly and follow these terms.
Gameplay And Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your profile or linked account. Online features such as leaderboards, challenges, friends, rivals, tickets, rewards, purchases, ads, events, and sync may require an internet connection and may not always be available.
Fair Play
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate scores, abuse reward systems, harass other players, use offensive display names, interfere with services, reverse engineer protected systems, or use automation that gives unfair advantage. We may remove suspicious scores, restrict online features, revoke invalid rewards, or reset affected data to protect fair play.
Virtual Items
Bits, tickets, cosmetics, avatars, boosts, rewards, and other in-game items are virtual items for use inside Weave Rush. They have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the game unless Weave Rush explicitly supports that feature.
Purchases And Refunds
Purchases are handled by the app store or payment provider used on your device. Refunds and payment disputes are generally handled by the store where the purchase was made. We may keep purchase records needed for restores, support, duplicate-grant prevention, fraud prevention, tax/accounting, and store compliance.
Ads And Rewards
Rewarded ads may grant tickets, revives, extra Bits, double rewards, or similar benefits after a completed eligible ad view. Rewards depend on ad availability, network response, device eligibility, and successful reward confirmation.
User Content And Sharing
If you share scores, screenshots, score cards, links, profile names, or challenge messages, you are responsible for what you choose to share through other apps or platforms. Shared content must not be abusive, illegal, misleading, or infringe another person's rights.
Updates And Service Changes
We may update, rebalance, remove, or temporarily disable game features, online services, rewards, prices, events, ads, or content to improve the game, fix issues, comply with store requirements, or protect players.
Availability
Weave Rush is provided as an entertainment product. We try to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, ad fill, leaderboard availability, purchase provider availability, or error-free operation.
